Please create a main Free Resources page with three clickable sections:
Blogs
Handouts & Workshops
Podcast / Show
Each section should be designed as a clean, clickable block or card that routes visitors to the appropriate subpage.
Purpose:
We have a large library of blogs and need an easy-to-update blog area.
What We Need You To Do:
Set up the blog section inside Go High Level.
Upload the first 5 blog posts (we will provide the documents).
Show us how to add additional blog entries so our team can upload the remaining 100+.
Ensure the blog listing page shows:
Blog title
Featured image (we will provide or you may use placeholders)
Short preview text
“Read more” button
Each blog should open into its own individual page.
Important:
Make sure our team can easily duplicate the blog layout and add more posts without technical complexity.
We have 10 downloadable freebies + 2 video-based free resources.
What We Need You To Do:
Create a Freebies Library page under the Handouts & Workshops section.
Each free resource should appear as its own clickable card with:
Title
Short description
Thumbnail or icon
For Each Freebie (12 total):
When a visitor clicks a freebie, they must enter:
First name
Email address
After submitting, they should:
Automatically receive the download or video link
Be added to our email list inside Go High Level
You can set this up using:
A one-step opt-in pop-up, or
A gated download page (designer’s recommendation is fine)
We will provide all 10 PDFs and 2 videos for upload.
Our podcast is hosted on YouTube, and we’d like it integrated into the website.
What We Need You To Do:
Connect our YouTube channel to the Podcast/Show page.
Display the latest video episode automatically at the top of the page (if possible).
Display the two previous episodes underneath it.
Include:
Video titles
Short descriptions (we can provide copy if needed)
A link that opens the full YouTube playlist
If YouTube auto-updating is not possible in Go High Level:
Please let us know the best alternative, such as:
Embedding a playlist
Embedding a YouTube feed plugin
Providing us instructions to manually update episodes
We want this page to be simple for our team to maintain.
For Opt-Ins:
All leads from freebies should go to a Free Resource List in GHL.
Ensure tagging is enabled so we know which freebie they downloaded.
For Blog Pages:
Must be SEO-friendly.
Must allow images, links, and formatting.
For Videos:
Video pop-ups or embedded players must be compatible with YouTube and Go High Level.
After setup, we need:
A brief video or Loom tutorial showing our team how to:
Upload new blogs
Upload new freebies
Add new videos or update the podcast section
Make simple changes to these pages
A list of logins you need from us
A list of assets we need to send you (blogs, PDFs, videos)
Keep this entire section clean, modern, and easy to navigate.
Freebies should have consistent card styling.
The blog page should be simple and highly readable.
The podcast page should look sleek and feel like a media hub.
Please follow our brand colors and typography.
