1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the IROC Marketable Business Solutions, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”) website, services, coaching programs, VA support, digital products, and content.

By using this website or purchasing any service or product, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Covered

These Terms apply to:

  • Marketing support services

  • VA support services

  • Coaching & project management services

  • Digital products (courses, PDFs, templates, workshops)

  • Events, programs, and trainings

  • Subscription programs

Every client signs a separate service agreement.
In the event of any conflict, the signed agreement overrides these Terms.

3. Refund Policy

A. Coaching & Project Management Services

  • No refunds are offered for coaching or project management services.

  • If a client ends their contract early, unused services may be credited toward future services.

  • Credits must be used within 30 days of contract termination.

  • Credits have no cash value.

B. VA Support Services

  • VA clients may cancel their service with 30 days’ notice.

  • No refunds are provided for hours already paid for or unused within the current cycle.

C. Marketing Services

  • All marketing services are non-refundable once work begins.

D. Events, Programs & Live Workshops

Some events offer conditional refunds.
Refund eligibility requires:

  1. Full attendance or complete viewing of the program

  2. Completion of at least 90% of required work

  3. Submission of proof within the allowed timeframe

Failure to meet ALL criteria voids refund eligibility.

E. Digital Products

Digital products (PDFs, templates, downloads, courses, workshops) are non-refundable due to the nature of instant access.

4. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made through approved processors (Stripe, PayPal, GHL, etc.).

  • Late payments may incur fees outlined in each individual contract.

  • Access to services may be paused for non-payment.

5. Subscription Programs

For programs such as the IROC Implementation Academy and subscription-based marketing support:

  • Subscription fees will auto-renew unless canceled.

  • No refunds are granted for payments already processed.

  • Clients may cancel future billing with advance notice outlined in the subscription details.

6. No Guarantee of Results

While we provide guidance, support, education, and implementation services, we do not guarantee results, financial outcomes, business performance, or specific achievements.

Client success depends on many factors, including effort, resources, market conditions, and implementation.


7. No Legal or Financial Advice

Our services do not provide:

  • Legal advice

  • Financial advice

  • Tax advice

  • Medical or psychological advice

Clients should consult licensed professionals for these matters.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during onboarding

  • Communicate clearly and promptly

  • Provide required assets, access, and approvals

  • Respect timelines and guidelines

  • Maintain appropriate behavior with staff and contractors

Failure to participate may impact service outcomes.

9. Use of Website & Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, videos, digital products, and training materials — is owned by IROC Marketable Business Solutions, LLC.

Clients and visitors may not:

  • Copy

  • Share

  • Reproduce

  • Repackage

  • Sell

  • Distribute

  • Claim as their own

  • Use content commercially

without written permission.

10. Age Requirements

You must be 18 or older to sign a contract with us.
Minors who own businesses may only access services when a parent or guardian signs on their behalf.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our liability will never exceed the amount paid for your service or product.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Any disputes will be handled in Virginia courts or through arbitration, as outlined in the client’s service contract.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Updates will be effective upon posting.
